Job summary
His Glory is seeking a Director of Strategic Growth & Business Development to partner with the CEO, translating bold vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across operations, development, and broadcasting to expand the ministry’s reach and impact.
In this high‑visibility role, you will identify strategic partnerships, develop new revenue opportunities, and supervise executive projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in business development or strategy.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to build strategic relationships and manage multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to identify and execute strategic priorities.
- Translate vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Develop business cases and implementation plans for new initiatives.
- Represent the ministry at conferences and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership.
