MinistrySafe is seeking a Director of Partnerships to expand strategic relationships and drive growth across churches, denominations, and partner networks. You will lead a team of Account Executives, coach performance, and nurture long-term collaborations with ministry leaders and insurers.
You will partner with the CEO to execute market strategies, negotiate enterprise contracts, and represent MinistrySafe at events. A strong, mission-aligned leader with a proven sales mindset is essential.
MinistrySafe is a faith-driven abuse prevention organization dedicated to protecting children
and vulnerable individuals through training, background checks, and preventative systems
designed specifically for churches, ministries, camps, schools, and child-serving organizations.
Founded approximately 20 years ago by attorneys Gregory Love (CEO) and Kimberlee Norris
(Chief Legal Officer), MinistrySafe was created after representing victims of child abuse and
recognizing the need for proactive prevention rather than reactive legal representation.
Today, the organization serves more than 25,000 customers nationwide and continues to
experience strong year-over-year growth.
The company’s primary services include abuse awareness training and comprehensive
background checks, with a strong emphasis on education and prevention as the most
effective tools for protecting children. While MinistrySafe primarily serves churches and
ministry organizations, it also operates a secular-facing division called Abuse Prevention
Systems (APS), serving schools, camps, nonprofits, and other child-serving entities.
The organization is deeply mission-driven, and highly relational in culture. Leadership values
integrity, stewardship, strong communication, and entrepreneurial thinking.
MinistrySafe is hiring a Director of Partnerships to work with the CEO to expand strategic
partnerships, strengthen enterprise relationships, cultivate new markets, and drive
organizational growth. This highly relational, externally focused leader will manage and
grow key partnerships across churches, denominations, insurance providers, ministries,
educational organizations, and other child-serving institutions. In addition to driving
strategic partnerships, this leader will oversee a team of three Account Executives,
providing direction, coaching, and accountability to support individual performance and
overall organizational growth.
The Director will focus on preserving existing partnerships and identifying new growth
opportunities while providing hands-on leadership to a team of three Account Executives.
This role requires a strategic relationship builder and proven sales leader who can coach
and develop team members, drive accountability, and support continued organizational
growth. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, mission-aligned, familiar with church
culture, and comfortable working closely with ministry leaders and executive leadership.
