Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a senior leader to Direct a team of Strategic Client Managers and Senior Client Managers for Global Health Benefits within the Americas Large Group portfolio. You will drive renewal strategies, executive relationships with clients and brokers, and cross-functional leadership across Sales, Underwriting, Finance and Operations.

You will lead multi-year client strategies, oversee risk management, and ensure exceptional client experience while supporting enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in account management or benefit consulting with large clients.
• Strong understanding of global health benefits and multinational client needs.
• Proven ability to coach and develop client management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of Strategic Client Managers and Senior Client Managers for GHB Large Group accounts.
• Lead renewal strategies, risk identification and multi-year client plans across a complex portfolio.
• Partner with Underwriting, Finance and Sales on renewal pricing and persistency goals.
• Build executive relationships with clients and brokers, guiding strategic reviews.
• Collaborate with matrix partners across Sales, Operations, Clinical, Product and more.
• Translate business objectives into team objectives and operating rhythms.
• Handle escalations with senior stakeholders and drive service recovery.
• Support strategic ownership and implementation for enterprise initiatives.
