You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, shape the strategic roadmap for speech research, and collaborate with firmware and hardware teams to fine-tune audio pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, speech technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in speech development and research with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate teams.

Responsabilités

• Architect and lead development of real-time speech processing pipeline (Voice Command detection, VAD, ASR, TTS).
• Optimize ASR models for different voice commands.
• Collaborate with Gen AI systems and contextual agent workflows.
• Mentor a team of speech scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for speech technologies.
