Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Occupancy Planning to lead space management, occupancy planning, and related design and relocations for a major client account. You will translate business requirements into actionable space solutions and oversee a team delivering plans, templates, and data-driven insights.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with CAFM/IWMS, and proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or field of study.
• Seven+ years experience in a corporate real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Define immediate and long-term goals for occupancy and utilization analytics.
• Maintain partnership with the client organization and ensure SLA/KPI delivery.
• Lead the SPO delivery organization and oversee playbooks, templates and tools.
• Coordinate with facilities, PjM and client RE leadership to align operations and staffing.
