Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United States seeks a Sr Occupancy Planner to oversee tactical occupancy planning for client portfolios. You will lead space strategy, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with IFM, PDS, and client leadership.

Responsibilities include developing planning proposals, conducting site assessments, and directing relocations, restacks, and renovations while maintaining accurate headcount forecasts and utilization metrics.

Qualifications

• Extensive space planning and occupancy management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with CAFM and space management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and reports on space pipeline, progress, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with core program standards and standardized outputs.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend best actions for projects.
• Collaborate with IFM, PDS, and client leadership for alignment.
• Provide space planning solutions for expansions, relocations, and consolidations.
• Develop planning proposals, site assessments, and utilization metrics.
• Oversee relocations, restacks, renovations, and consolidations.
• Develop headcount budgets, forecasting, and gearing ratios.
• Maintain knowledge of CAFM software, space management systems, and databases.
• Demonstrate proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings.
• Lead projects of varied scope and complexity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service.
