Talkdesk is seeking an experienced Manager, Solutions Engineering - Commercial to lead and grow a high-performing SE team in the Commercial vertical. This pre-sales leadership role requires customer-facing consulting expertise and a track record of executive presence.

You will coach SEs, design compelling demonstrations, and align solutions with customer environments. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to drive revenue growth, acquire new logos, and expand Talkdesk’s

Competenze

3 to 5+ years of experience leading Sales Engineering teams (required).
Strong knowledge of Commercial accounts desirable.
Executive presence and coaching mindset essential.
Knowledge of AI systems; willingness to obtain AI certification.

Mansioni

Lead a Solution Engineering team that executes go-to-market strategies and drives growth.
Partner with the HLS Sales leader to grow the business through opportunities aligned with Talkdesk differentiators.
Provide a growth-oriented presales perspective for opportunity qualification and pursuit.
Grow and develop the Global Solutions team; hire to the growth plan; drive process improvements.
Foster a positive, growth-minded culture and keep SEs motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Influence multiple stakeholders to support Talkdesk’s global sales strategy and co-develop a shared vision.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes.
