Talkdesk is seeking an experienced Manager, Solutions Engineering - Commercial to lead and grow a high-performing SE team in the Commercial vertical. This Pre-sales leadership role focuses on customer-facing technical consulting, business storytelling, and executive presence to drive value-driven engagements.

You will coach SEs, craft solution demonstrations, and design architectures that integrate Talkdesk solutions into customers’ environments, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Partner

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience leading Sales Engineering teams, as a member of Sales leadership
Strong knowledge of Commercial accounts
Executive presence and coaching mentality
Knowledge of AI systems and willingness to get AI certification

Responsibilities

Lead a Solutions Engineering team and drive go-to-market strategies for the Commercial vertical
Partner with Sales, Product and Partner teams to accelerate adoption and revenue growth
Coach SEs to conduct value-driven conversations and design compelling solution demonstrations
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and change
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of feature requests and support
