Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking an experienced Manager, Solutions Engineering - Commercial to lead and grow a high-performing SE team in the Commercial vertical. The role focuses on presales leadership, business storytelling, and executive presence to guide value-driven conversations and compelling solution demonstrations.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to drive adoption and revenue growth. You will coach SEs, design architectures, and ensure timely delivery of feature requests

Qualifications

• Experience leading Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering teams.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams in value-driven conversations.
• Executive presence with customer-facing technical consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Solutions Engineering team to execute go-to-market strategies and drive growth in the Commercial vertical.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Partner teams to accelerate adoption and revenue.
• Develop solution demonstrations and architectures that fit customers’ environments.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
