Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical sales with progression
• Strategic leadership partnering with sales leadership
• Technical proficiency with SaaS/cloud tech and IT operations
• Strong analytical problem-solving in fast-moving environments
• Excellent written and oral communication at executive level
• Track record in managing key SC leadership metrics (NRR, POV-to-close)

• Define vision for NA Solution Consulting & Value Engineering across segments
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to drive product direction and customer success
