Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking a Coordinator, Warehouse Client Services Cross-Dock to communicate with customers and carriers to coordinate deliveries and shipments. You will interface with the warehouse team to ensure accurate processing.

This role requires intermediate Microsoft Office skills, ability to use a Warehouse Management System, and strong communication. EFW Warehousing offers a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks when required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to write clear business correspondence.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and carriers to coordinate deliveries and shipments.
• Interface with warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and receipts.
• Enter transactions in the Warehouse Management System to complete receipts, shipments, and transfers.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Adhere to warehousing best practices and SOPs.
• Assist in moving freight and stock using equipment when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement through collaboration with site managers.
• Utilize WMS to track orders and ensure data integrity.
• Identify trends and issues from data and customer feedback.
• Respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Develop relationships to expand client opportunities and pipelines.
• Coordinate with operations to source transportation for secured moves.
• Ensure client expectations are met and provide proactive notifications of deliveries.
