BlackLine seeks a Director of Solution Advisory to lead a team of solution advisory professionals, guiding strategic engagements and delivering expert demonstrations of BlackLine’s financial close solutions. You’ll partner with sales to advance deals, tailor PoCs, and ensure effective client adoption.

You bring 10+ years in financial software, 5+ years in leadership, and strong communication skills to influence executives and stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations.

Formación

• 10+ years in solution engineering, solution architecture, presales or consulting focused on financial software.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role leading presales or solution advisory teams.
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Experience with BlackLine or similar financial close automation is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Advisors.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for Solution Advisory engagement.
• Demonstrate BlackLine’s platform to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
• Collaborate with sales teams throughout the sales cycle, providing technical support.
• Develop technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and product enhancements to refine strategies.
• Contribute to sales enablement materials and training programs.
• Represent BlackLine at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
• Participate in strategic account planning with professional services for onboarding.
