BlackLine is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Solution Advisory to scale our Forward-Deployed Advisory practice and shape the GTM strategy for strategic pursuits. You will lead elite Solution Advisors and partner with CAOs, CIOs, and CFOs through discovery, target-state architecture, and automation roadmaps.

You will drive consultative best practices, compress enterprise cycles, and translate AI/automation into tangible finance transformations across global accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 10–12+ years in enterprise SaaS Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Strategic Solution Architecture.
• Deep ERP/financial system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Strong executive communication and boardroom presence.

Responsabilités

• Architect and scale Forward-Deployed Advisory within the GTM engine.
• Lead and mentor a team of senior Solution Advisors.
• Partner with C-Suite on flagship, multi‑million-dollar deals.
• Define and enforce discovery and solution-architecture standards across engagements.
