Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading large-scale engineering organizations.
- Deep, hands-on foundation in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven AI platform ownership and production AI systems deployment.
- Track record migrating monoliths to microservices.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical strategy across a multi-team engineering org (50-150+ engineers) and set architectural standards.
- Embed LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, and ML-powered automation into the lifecycle as production-grade differentiators.
- Own delivery at velocity and hold teams to outcomes, not just roadmaps.
- Partner with Product owners, Data Engineers, and Health care leaders to translate strategy into engineering bets.
- Be the technical voice in the room, calling out debt and advocating for the right investments.
