Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced technology leader to drive innovative platform development within Consumer & Community Banking Operations Technology. You will guide multiple domains, lead high-performing teams, and partner with executives to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 10+ years of hands-on experience.
5+ years of experience guiding technologists to solve complex items in your domain.
Experience building cross-functional technologist teams and hiring talent.
Experience leading adoption of AI-enabled engineering with safe, gauge-driven practices.

Responsibilities

Lead technology and process implementations across departments to meet firmwide objectives.
Directly manage multiple areas with strategic transactional focus.
Lead multi-department AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation strategies with guardrails.
Leverage SDLC toolchains and AI-assisted development to drive reuse and capacity gains.
Provide high-level direction to teams across platforms, divisions, and lines of business.
Interface with senior leaders to build consensus across objectives.
Manage stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborations.
Influence senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.
