Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• 10+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled engineering practices across teams.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use and governance in engineering workflows.
• Practical cloud-native experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide technology objectives
• Directly manages multiple areas with strategic transactional focus
• Sets and scales multi-department strategy for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC automation across teams
• Applies knowledge of enterprise SDLC tools to drive cross-domain reuse and measurable outcomes
• Provides leadership and high-level direction to teams across platforms, divisions, and lines of business
• Acts as primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives to drive consensus across objectives
• Manages multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborations
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams
