Job summary

Skydio, the leading US drone company, seeks a Solutions Engineering leader for Site Security. You will build and lead a quota-carrying SE team, partner with Account Executives, and own the technical sales motion to win complex site-security engagements.

You will guide field engineers, drive forecasting, enable a repeatable playbook, and ensure successful multi-site deployments while collaborating with Deployment and Launch teams. This remote role requires travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 certificate or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to travel up to 60% for customer engagements and events.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs unaided.
• Able to pass customer-required background screening for access to secure facilities.
• Direct domain experience in physical security, GSOC operations, or military/security installations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a quota-carrying Site Security SE team and a Specialist; manage ramp, enablement and career progression.
• Forecast and manage pipeline; coach on security discovery, solution design, demos and trials.
• Define a repeatable technical sales motion for priority sub-segments and expand to other segments.
• Drive customer deployments from first site to multi-site fleet-wide programs in collaboration with Deployment and Launch teams.
• Represent customer feedback to Product and ensure engineering teams are informed about security requirements.
