Job summary

Skydio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering – Commercial, Site Security, to lead a remote, quota-driven team focused on autonomous site security solutions. You will own ramp, enablement, and career progression for Site Security SEs and coordinate with Account Executives across territories.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a quota-carrying Site Security SE team and a Site Security Specialist.
• Scale headcount to match pipeline and coverage ratios for growing demand.
• Own the technical forecast and drive pipeline health with leadership.
• Engage on strategic pursuits to influence outcomes without bottlenecking delivery.
• Build scalable technical assets and reference architectures for sub-segments.
• Represent customer needs to Product and prioritize security capabilities.
