Job summary

Skydio seeks a Solutions Engineering leader to build and run a quota-carrying team focused on site security. You will own ramp, enablement, and career progression while partnering with Account Executives and a Specialist to drive multi-site deployments and fleet-wide programs.

You will forecast technical opportunities, coach on security-focused discovery and demos, and scale the technical sales motion across sub-segments including data centers and military installations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading a Solutions Engineering team or equivalent.
• Strong capability in forecast and pipeline management.
• Proven ability to drive technical wins in enterprise security contexts.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain quota-carrying SEs; own ramp and career progression.
• Forecasting, deal strategy, and pipeline health; manage territory and coverage.
• Define repeatable technical sales motions for priority sub-segments and expand to others.
