Qualifications
- 8+ years leading enterprise operational programs, technology operations, business transformation, or security operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology evaluation and operational strategy to improve efficiency, safety, and security across commercial operations.
- Develop structured frameworks to assess feasibility, impact, complexity, and value for long‑term use.
- Build ROI models and investment recommendations for executive teams.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations to design customer-specific solutions and readiness for deployment.
- Own the transition from pilots to repeatable, scalable operational processes.
- Design operating models and governance for sustainable adoption.
- Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives with defined scope, milestones, and resources.
