JPMorganChase in Jersey City seeks a Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a team of 8–10 engineers and own non‑functional requirements for large‑scale data platforms and AI/ML workloads. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Site Reliability Engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience growing SRE or platform engineering teams with 8+ engineers.
• Advanced proficiency in SRE principles, SLIs/SLAs, and incident management across large distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8–10 SRE/platform engineers.
• Own non-functional requirements, availability targets, SLIs and SLAs.
• Drive observability framework design using Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Datadog.
• Oversee data platform infrastructure including Databricks and Spark pipelines.
• Champion AI capabilities within reliability workflows with validation and governance.
• Foster continuous improvement via real-time feedback and post-mortems.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure delivery with compliance and security standards.
• Contribute to staffing, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Promote reliability culture across the organization with knowledge sharing.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices (Terraform) to accelerate delivery.
