You will guide design and implementation of observability frameworks and ensure production readiness across distributed systems, emphasizing security, scalability, and high performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site reliability or platform engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams of 8+ engineers.
• Proven track record implementing SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks and incident management.
