Job summary

GEICO is seeking a senior leader to head Associate Relations, owning enterprise strategy, governance, operating model, and transformation of the function. The role reports to the Head of Associate Experience and partners with strategy, insights, and execution of organizational effectiveness across HR disciplines.

TheHybrid role requires 3 days on-site at Bethesda, MD or other major offices, with broad influence across the enterprise and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership across multiple people disciplines including employee relations.
• Ability to influence executives and drive organizational change.
• Experience turning workforce insights into actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year Associate Relations strategy and roadmap.
• Evolve governance, processes, and escalation pathways across the function.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to identify and mitigate workforce risks.
• Lead and develop an Associate Relations leadership team and coaching framework.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR Ops, and broader People Group to advance enterprise people strategies.
