Job summary

Finex Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Loan Servicing & Collections to lead consumer loan servicing, delinquency management, recoveries, and regulatory compliance. This hands-on leadership role requires developing policies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a robust quality program.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the VP will guide the collections team, build out loan servicing capabilities, and establish a consistent, accountable framework across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consumer loan servicing, delinquency management, recoveries, post-closing quality control, vendor oversight, regulatory compliance, and development of policies and procedures.
• Lead the collections team and build out the loan servicing function with a consistent, accountable approach across both areas.
• Assess current practices, strengthen processes and controls, develop the team, and serve as Finex's internal authority on loan servicing and collections.
