Job summary

Biz2Credit Inc. is seeking a strategic Collections Manager to lead and optimize collections across MCA, term loans, and lines of credit. You will drive policy, SLA adherence, and partnerships with legal and agencies to maximize net recovery.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial finance collections and strong leadership, with focus on data-driven decision making and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct management experience leading commercial collections, workout, or recovery teams in a fintech lending environment.
• 6+ years in commercial finance with deep understanding of MCAs, term loans, lines of credit, and daily ACH processing.
• Strong strategic, analytical skills with demonstrated ability to improve portfolio recovery metrics.
• Thorough knowledge of UCC filings, commercial litigation, judgment enforcement, and loan management/CRM software.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the collections and default management operations across multiple products.
• Develop and enforce recovery frameworks, SLAs, and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee early-stage to post-charge-off recoveries and policy guidelines.
• Forecast outcomes by monitoring Roll Rates, Cure Rates, and Recoveries.
• Provide routine portfolio health assessments and risk insights to executives.
