Job summary

Storm2 is partnering with a growing fintech lending platform in the United States to seek a Head of Collections who will lead collections, recoveries, and portfolio servicing across the lending business. You will drive collection performance, build scalable processes, and manage team leaders.

You will monitor delinquencies, oversee legal recoveries and external agencies, and collaborate with Risk, Finance, Legal, and Operations to develop reporting, KPIs, and performance management frameworks

Qualifications

• 8+ years of collections, recoveries, servicing, or commercial lending experience.
• Leadership experience managing collections teams and managers.
• Background in SMB lending, specialty finance, commercial lending, or working capital products.
• Experience improving collections performance and recovery outcomes.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with legal recoveries and third-party agencies preferred.
