Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools. You will coach school leaders, ensure compliance, and enable enrollment growth while delivering strong student experiences.

The role requires virtual school leadership, travel, and high-impact execution in a remote setup. This full‑time position offers a salary range of $130,000 to $140,000 per year, plus an annual incentive program.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required
• Virtual school leadership required
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Strong communications skills and collaboration ability

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across multiple Pearson Connections Academy schools.
• Directly manage and coach school leaders, raising leadership effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance, enrollment growth readiness, and operational sustainability at scale.
• Develop and execute portfolio-wide school year cycles and governance.
