Job summary

You will coach school leaders, ensure compliance, and drive enrollment growth while balancing multiple priorities. This is a high‑impact, remote leadership role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required.
• Virtual school leadership required.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams.
• Directly coach school leaders and ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Drive enrollment growth through operational readiness.
• Partner with SSP to translate strategy into scalable execution.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with boards, authorizers, and key partners.
• Support and contribute to continuous improvement of the School Operations model.
