Zscaler, in the New York City metro area, seeks a Senior Manager of Sales Engineering to lead the growing team and align with GTM leaders to close strategic deals across the region. You will drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and scale processes for discovery and PoC in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales, you will design customer solutions, manage expectations around AI-driven outputs, and champion value-based selling in a matrixed organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience guiding customers through AI change management and non-deterministic outputs.
• Proven track record directing a sales engineering team.
• Mentoring, coaching and talent development expertise.
• Technical cybersecurity and networking knowledge.
• Ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed GTM environment.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team.
• Refine and scale sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and PoC.
• Partner with sales leadership and clients to design and present business solutions that drive revenue growth.
• Work within a matrixed environment to promote and support the Zscaler portfolio through value-based selling.
