Braintrust Data, Inc. is seeking a Head of Sales Enablement in San Francisco to build and run enablement programs that help the sales team ramp, develop, and succeed with technical customers.

You will partner with the GTM organization to improve how Braintrust sells to enterprise clients, translating call insights into practical training, coaching, and ongoing enablement with Sales and Solutions Engineering leaders. This role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for developing others.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in quota-carrying B2B sales, ideally enterprise.
• Proven ability to design and run onboarding, training, or coaching programs.
• Ability to translate calls/deals into structured enablement content.
• Curiosity about AI and ability to explain technical concepts to customers.

Aufgaben

• Own sales onboarding and ramp with learning paths and milestones.
• Lead hands-on training for SDRs, AEs, and SEs with coaching and feedback.
• Coach reps on account research, pipeline creation, and complex deals.
• Reinforce MEDDPICC and value selling in calls/deals.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to improve AI product understanding.
• Partner with Product Marketing on launches, positioning, and training decks.
• Set enablement priorities using reviews and field feedback.
