Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. is seeking a Safety Manager to support and enhance safety culture across its units. The role involves working with staff at all levels to prioritize safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, WC and other agencies.

The successful candidate will develop safety programs, conduct trainings, lead audits and incident investigations, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual safety reporting. Travel domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture prioritizing safety across all business units.
• Develop, review, and implement safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, WC and other regulatory agencies.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Prepare safety plans and monthly/quarterly/annual regulatory reporting.
