Job summary

Clutch is seeking a leader to own and transform the delivery engine across Technical Delivery, PMO, and Solutions Consulting. You will partner with Product and Engineering to reimagine end-to-end delivery and build an operating model that scales with product.

As a senior leader, you will drive metrics, shape incentives, develop managers, and raise the bar for performance while maintaining quality and customer value. Remote-friendly and equity options accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS Professional Services or Software Delivery with 3+ years managing leaders.
• Proven track record of scaling and transforming delivery motions end-to-end.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering; leadership at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery motion and operating model for the org.
• Lead and upskill managers; drive time-to-implementation and efficiency gains.
• Define incentives, metrics, and visibility for delivery health and outcomes.
• Reinvent roles with scalable technology and processes to improve velocity.
