You’ll work with sales, PM, and data scientists to ensure successful deployments and customer outcomes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large technical teams (20+) in B2B SaaS.
• Domain experience in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or banking.
• Deep technical and product expertise to guide strategy and scoping.

Responsibilities

• Own Integration and Support engineering teams (~20 people).
• Build playbooks, onboarding, SLAs for scalable growth.
• Coach and develop technical leads and managers.
