Job summary

Sitetracker is seeking a Manager, Solution Delivery to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering complex SaaS implementations globally. You will balance people leadership, quality, and delivery economics to meet utilization, gross margin, and revenue targets.

You will build a scalable delivery model, coach technical teams, and drive AI-assisted tools adoption across configuration, testing, and deployment workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across configuration, data, QA, architecture, or SaaS implementation.
• Experience managing complex, multi-region SaaS implementations balancing capacity, utilization, quality, and velocity.
• Ability to translate delivery data into actions to mitigate risks before impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Solution Delivery team across configuration, data, QA, and technical architecture.
• Own financial and operational health: weekly revenue forecasting, utilization, gross margin, and planning accuracy.
• Establish technical quality controls within Salesforce and cloud architectures to protect integrity while enabling efficient delivery.
• Partner with Project Managers to manage schedule, budget, and scope and support risk mitigation.
• Scale the global delivery model across AMER, EMEA, and APAC with clear handoffs and ownership.
