Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Senior Director, Solution Owner to join its PaaS Delivery organization. You will own end-to-end success for the most complex customer implementations, partnering with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Platform Configuration, QA, and TPMs to set the standard for solution ownership.

This remote-first role requires travel to Boston for onboarding and occasional meetings; you will lead multi-year deployments, act as executive-level counterpart to client

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale technology or platform deployments with healthcare experience.
• Direct experience delivering large-scope products at healthcare companies — claims systems, utilization management/prior authorization platforms, or similar.
• Demonstrated strategic program leadership with multi-year, multi-million dollar enterprise implementations.
• Executive presence — credible and effective operating as a peer with client C-suite and senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel and work in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end success — business, clinical, and technical — for Cohere's largest and most complex customer implementations.
• Apply strategic program leadership to multi-year, multi-workstream enterprise deployments.
• Drive a team of SMEs toward on-time deployments through meticulous organization, program management, and timeline tracking.
• Serve as the escalation point and executive-level counterpart to client leadership on flagship accounts.
• Set the standard for what excellent solution ownership looks like at Cohere, through the quality of your own account work.
• Make the call on the highest-stakes scope, timeline, and resourcing trade-offs, with direct visibility into business risk.
