Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Services, Uniformed Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security, Communications and Reservations.
• Lead hiring and interviews per SOP and support HR recruitment.
• Develop staff morale, training, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily status reviews and rate analysis.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and forecast to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate major projects such as renovations and equipment changes.
• Lead Rooms Division meetings and conduct performance reviews.
