Wayve is seeking a visionary VP of Engineering for the Robotaxi program to lead the engineering organisation transforming development into a scalable L4 autonomous driving product. You will shape strategy, build and mentor senior leaders, and drive cross-functional delivery across AI, software, hardware, validation and fleet operations.

• Evidence of leading large, multi-disciplinary engineering organisations.
• Experience delivering safety-critical software/hardware in real-world autonomous systems.
• Strong systems thinking across software, hardware, sensors, safety and operations.

Responsabilités

• Own the engineering strategy and execution for Wayve’s Robotaxi program.
• Lead and develop senior engineering leaders and managers.
• Collaborate across AI, Product, Validation, Vehicle Engineering and Operations to deliver the complete Robotaxi product.
• Set technical priorities and drive alignment across AI, software, hardware and fleet operations.
• Establish rigorous verification, validation and safety practices for driverless deployment.
• Translate ambitious goals into clear ownership, milestones and high engineering standards.
