Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams (up to five) in a robotics/AI context.
• Strong ability to diagnose issues and drive data/model iteration.
• Experience owning data recipes, model architecture, evaluation and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team (up to five) on Robotaxi driving performance, mixing leadership with hands-on work.
• Diagnose high-impact road issues, root-cause and fix via data and model iteration.
• Own data recipes, model architecture, evaluation and release readiness for the driving model.
• Collaborate to resolve cross-functional issues, including model-vehicle interfaces.
• Write code, run experiments and set team priorities as a hands-on developer.
