Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex, multi-team software or technology programs in fast-paced or early-stage environments.
• Comfortable working with engineers and reasoning about modern software, ML, and robotics stacks.
• Ability to reason about how parts of a complex system fit together and ripple effects.
• Able to stay neutral and adapt under pressure in ambiguous situations.
• Strong project management: planning, prioritising, managing risk and dependencies.
• Clear communication to surface risk early and align teams.
• Collaborative leadership that builds positive team culture.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving with a big-picture mindset.
