Job summary

Honor is seeking a Director of Risk & Compliance Operations to lead the Compliance Operations and Platform Integrity function as we scale into new markets. You will own governance across employment law, licensing, investigations, and risk metrics, partnering with Legal, Product, and Field Ops to drive scalable, compliant growth.

You will build a high-performing team, translate regulatory changes into actionable requirements, and develop dashboards that inform senior leadership on risk,

Qualifications

• Experience at the intersection of technology and operations, translating requirements into product or process…
• Proven ability to build scalable compliance and integrity systems.
• Track record of leading teams and managing through ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Compliance Operations and Platform Integrity across markets.
• Oversee licensing audits, audit-readiness, and remediation programs.
• Develop and monitor key compliance and integrity metrics for leadership visibility.
• Lead platform-integrity policy and training development with Legal and HR partners.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design scalable, tech-first solutions.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of 5–10 professionals.
