Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Director to drive revenue growth for its Compliance, Investigations & eDiscovery practice across investigations, proactive compliance and disputes. You will translate offerings into clear market propositions for law firms, corporate legal, compliance and risk buyers.

You will lead business development, campaigns and client messaging, collaborating with Forensics, regional leaders and marketing to create opportunities and pursue strategic accounts globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7+ years of sales, business development, commercial or client development experience in investigations, compliance, disputes or related professional services.
• Understanding buyers and referral sources for investigations and compliance-led work.
• Ability to translate multidisciplinary offerings into clear commercial value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue through individual business development activity and campaigns.
• Develop new business opportunities across investigations, proactive compliance, forensic accounting, expert testimony, litigation support and disputes.
• Create top-of-funnel opportunities by mapping buyers and prioritizing prospects.
• Position Control Risks as a multidisciplinary partner across compliance, investigations and disputes.
• Contribute to client briefings, webinars, roundtables and thought leadership to generate opportunities.
• Develop bespoke collateral, client messaging and materials for investigations and disputes matters.
• Support pursuit strategy and sales processes from outreach to proposal stage.
• Leverage CRM and campaign data to monitor pipeline and progress.
