Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in revenue management or commercial strategy in hospitality.
• Marriott experience preferred; OY certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of commercial and revenue strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with GM, sales, marketing, operations and finance to align strategies with business goals.
• Analyze KPIs, market trends, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and optimize pricing.
• Forecast demand, manage distribution channels, and optimize inventory and pricing.
