Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Revenue Strategy for a Marriott luxury property in San Antonio. You will lead revenue management and commercial strategies, collaborating with property operations, sales, digital marketing, and finance to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Marriott experience and OY certification are essential. You will optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution, manage group and corporate revenue, and mentor the property’s commercial team to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field.
• Marriott experience is required and OY certification is essential.
• Proven revenue management/commercial strategy experience in hospitality with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of commercial and revenue strategies to drive property revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with GM, sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align commercial objectives.
• Analyze KPIs, market trends, and competitor pricing to identify optimization opportunities.
• Forecast demand, monitor booking trends, and optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels.
• Oversee sales/marketing initiatives that support revenue goals and market position.
• Build and maintain relationships with OTAs, GDS, and distribution partners to maximize visibility.
• Develop group, corporate, and contract revenue strategies with the property team.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive performance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the commercial team.
