Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• MBA or advanced quantitative degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial forecasting, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in diagnostics/biotech/healthcare industries preferred.
• Proven ability influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of short-term and long-range revenue forecasts.
• Own forecast methodology, assumptions, and governance across products and segments.
• Develop models and dashboards to inform growth opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Commercial leadership to align on planning.
• Prepare executive forecast packages and present insights to leadership.
