ARS Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director/Executive Director of Forecasting & Commercial Assessments to own neffy’s corporate forecast and lead market insights for lifecycle opportunities. You will partner with the CCO and executive team to translate data into the strategic narrative presented to the Board and investors.

This high-visibility role requires building rigorous, defendable models, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and BD, and guiding decisions with quantitative

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of related experience, with at least 8 years in Life Sciences—biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or related field.
• Experience in forecasting/analytics, product strategy, new product planning, market research, pricing, or strategic marketing.
• Experience presenting complex data, strategies, and concepts to executives/Board.

Aufgaben

• Own corporate demand forecast for neffy used for operating plan, S&OP, and external guidance.
• Provide forecast foundation for quota setting, incentive design, and territory planning.
• Lead variance analysis and calibrate assumptions as market evolves.
• Support diligence on in-licensing and M&A with rapid, decision-grade analysis.
• Lead Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence to align with forecasting and leadership needs.
• Ensure primary research informs forecast assumptions and strategic choices.
• Oversee competitive monitoring, scenario planning and war-gaming.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready visuals and messages for Board/investor narratives.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance, and BD to promote data-driven decisions.
