Walmart is seeking a Group Director, Product Management – Returns to lead the product vision and execution for the returns ecosystem at scale. You will oversee experiences across stores, ecommerce, reverse logistics, and recommerce, building high-performing teams and delivering measurable customer and financial outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines customer focus, technical depth, and strong business acumen to simplify complex processes, drive transformation, and unlock value across the returns

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area.
• 15+ years of product management experience or related area.
• Experience leading large, complex product organizations.
