Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Director, Product Management (Fulfillment Experience) to lead strategy and execution for the fulfillment customer experience across the Walmart ecosystem. You will shape fulfillment options, improve speed and availability, and drive multi-year roadmaps with enterprise alignment.

Collaborate with senior leaders, engineering and analytics teams to build scalable capabilities while balancing growth, cost, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area with 13 years’ product management experience.
• 15 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and operations for multiple complex product families, defining long-term vision aligned with objectives and trends.
• Develop and deliver financial plans, prioritize roadmaps, identify high-impact investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with enterprise goals.
• Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and guiding architectural decisions.
• Oversee product development, ensuring readiness for launch and compliance.
• Build and develop a high-performing product organization through talent management.
• Utilize data-driven insights and AI to inform product decisions and anticipate market shifts.
