Job summary

ReturnPro is hiring a SaaS Product Manager to lead a reverse logistics platform used by major retailers. You will own the product roadmap and translate complex returns workflows into scalable software.

You will work closely with engineering, UX, and operations to ship meaningful improvements, turn fragmented returns data into actionable insights, and help transform returns from a cost center into a recovery engine. This role sits at the intersection of software, logistics, and e-commerce.
