Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 15 years’ experience in product management.
• Alternatively, 17 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified returns product vision and roadmap across Walmart’s omnichannel ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end product strategy covering return initiation, refunds, exchanges, and status visibility.
• Transform customer and associate experiences across stores and ecommerce.
• Develop capabilities for reverse logistics and recommerce to maximize recovery value and reduce costs.
• Partner with engineering and data science to apply AI and optimization to returns decisions.
• Build and inspire high-performing product teams and drive enterprise-wide impact.
