  • Drive Business and Customer Outcomes: Establish and deliver against key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, resolution speed, cost to serve, return cycle time, loss reduction, and net recovery value.
  • Build and Inspire High-Performing Teams: Lead and develop senior product leaders while partnering across engineering, operations, merchandising, finance, design, and customer experience to deliver scalable solutions and enterprise-wide impact.
What you’ll bring...
  • Extensive experience in Product Management, including significant experience leading large-scale, complex product organizations and senior product leaders.
  • Proven success defining and executing enterprise-level product strategies across multiple interconnected platforms, systems, or business domains.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, retail operations, supply chain, reverse logistics, returns, or recommerce.
  • Experience leveraging data, AI, machine learning, or optimization to improve customer experiences and operational performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations, influence executive stakeholders, and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience balancing customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate complex business challenges into innovative, scalable product solutions.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills with a track record of building, developing, and inspiring high-performing product teams.
